Consolidated TPA Information
Prior to EDI exchange of HIPAA-compliant transactions between EDS and your site, a consolidated Trading Partner Agreement (TPA) will be required, authorizing both parties to exchange HIPAA-compliant electronic data. Unlike the TPA that was signed prior to implementing IPRS, the consolidated TPA includes compliant transactions that are submitted to both Medicaid and IPRS alike. If your Area Program (AP) already has submitted a consolidated TPA to Medicaid, there is no need to submit another. Please provide the date that the consolidated TPA was submitted to Medicaid. The TPA is required prior to implementing your AP into the HIPAA-compliant production environment. Please download the Consolidated TPA, and mail a signed copy to:
